General FAQs

Shipping: We DO NOT have FedEx, UPS, DHL or other courier accounts, we only ship via Canada Post Corporation. SCInc. is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer, nor are we responsible if recipients fail to collect their deliveries in a timely manner. Please verify all shipping addresses and ensure that you are aware of your deliveries. Delivery times and tracking availability will depend on the service selected. We strongly recommend that you select a service with full tracking option or at the very least confirmation of receipt option. We will provide tracking information via email after your order has shipped. As with any carrier, on occasion there can be delays in shipments arriving and, rarely, lost shipments. These incidents are out of the control of Shunderson Communications Inc. and we accept no liability. That said we do monitor shipment delivery times where possible. And request that the recipient confirm receipt of merchandise via email. When delays occur or shipments do not arrive after a reasonable period of time we may be able to offer replacement if the product is in stock or a refund if we can establish a claim against Canada Post. Such claims are only possible where tracking or confirmation of shipment services have been selected. We will not guarantee refunds or replacement, but we will attempt to satisfy the customer where reasonably possible.

SHIP TIMES: Shipping times are estimated in business days, do not include weekends or holidays and may, in some cases, run longer than shown. While we strive to meet these dates, ship times are approximate and subject to change

Shipping Fee Calculation: Your Shipping Fee is calculated as fairly as possible based upon the weight or size of the products you have placed in your shopping cart. Each product has a weight, and a size determined by length, width and height. In determining the Shipping Weight of a package, the maximum of either the Total Weight or the Minimum Density Weight (MDW) must be used.

ALTERNATIVE SERVICE: We are prepared to ship using alternative services, i.e. Fedex, UPS, etc. provided the customer forwards their account information for shipping purposes or pre-paid labels. Additional shipping and handling charges may be assessed on a case by case basis. There is a flat $10 handling charge for shipping using non-Canada Post Corporation services.

TAXES: GST applies to Canadian residents only. PST applies to Ontario residents. No other taxes are applied.

Returns: We accept NO returns on goods shipped. All products and packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. Products are packaged to reduce damage in transit. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 10 calendar days after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds nor returns on receipt of damaged merchandise. We will replaced damaged or lost goods provided proof can be established and we can claim from the carrier, Canada Post Corporation.
