Harris e-Core™ Replacement Tips

Replacement cutting tips are individually packaged with a protective rubber cap over the cutting edge.  This protects the edge as well as the operator when changing tips.  Each tip is razor sharp and good for a minimum of 300 cores.  Tips are available with and without sterilization.  The cover cap is placed on the tip at all times when the e-Core is not in use. All tips undergo quality control tests for fit to barrel, sharpness and plunger insertion.

Replace cover cap on tip (with unit unplugged)	Turn collet nut while depressing spindle lock button

IMPORTANT:   UNPLUG UNIT AND PLACE COVER CAP ON TIP

Replacing Harris e-Core™ Cutting Tips             

1. UNPLUG UNIT.  PLACE COVER CAP ON BLADE.
2. Turn collet nut slowly, counterclockwise, while depressing spindle locking button until button fully depresses and locks the shaft and the collet nut stops turning.
3. Grip collet nut firmly in fingers and turn counterclockwise ½ turn, while depressing the locking but, this will loosen the chuck and the cutting sleeve can be easily removed .
4. Grip cap and pull from chuck to expose plunger.
5. Cut pouch, grip cap and remove (top)
6. Slide sleeve over plunger and insert until stops.

7. Turn collet nut clockwise while depressing spindle lock button until button locks collet.  Turn collet ½ turn clockwise until finger tight (Top).
